At BAKES24, we strive to deliver fresh cakes, gifts, flowers, and surprise hampers in perfect condition. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to resolve every issue quickly and fairly.
Returns & Exchanges
As most of our products are perishable and made-to-order, returns and exchanges are not allowed once the order has been delivered.
If you receive:
- Wrong product
- Damaged product
- Defective item
- Product with quality issues
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the product.

After verification, BAKES24 may:
- Replace the product, or
- Process a refund depending on the situation.
Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation by Customer
- Full refund will be provided if the order is cancelled 24 hours or more before the scheduled delivery date/time.
- Orders cancelled within 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for refund due to preparation and logistics costs.
Order Cancellation by BAKES24
In rare situations where we are unable to deliver your order or arrange a suitable replacement product, we will inform you promptly and initiate a full or partial refund accordingly.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer
- Recipient unavailable at the time of delivery
- Recipient refusing to accept the order
- Failed delivery due to unreachable phone number
- Quality issues caused by improper handling or storage after delivery
- Delivery delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, strikes, natural disasters, or other unavoidable circumstances beyond our control
Refund Process
Online Payments
Refunds for prepaid orders are processed to the original payment method within 24 working hours after approval.
Once processed by BAKES24, it may take 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
Offline Payments
For offline payment refunds, customers must share valid bank account details. Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 working days after verification.
Important Note
Products such as cakes, flowers, chocolates, plants, personalized gifts, and other perishable items are handcrafted and time-sensitive. Slight variations in design, decoration, or packaging may occur and shall not be considered defects.
